Terms and Conditions _ 6-Month DCW License
(ATAA Company Schools)
Effective Date: 03/12/2025
- Acceptance of Terms
By completing payment, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions. The statutory right to cancel the service under Article 13(1) of the Saudi E‑Commerce Law shall remain in effect until the earlier of:
(a) the first login or use of the electronic account, or
(b) the expiry of seven (7) calendar days from the date the login details are sent.
After this period, the Buyer’s right to cancel, request a refund, replacement, or compensation shall cease.
- قبول الشروط والأحكام
يُعدّ إتمام المشتري لعملية الدفع إقرارًا صريحًا منه بقبوله والتزامه بالشروط والأحكام الواردة. ويظلّ الحق النظامي في إلغاء الخدمة بموجب المادة 13(1) من نظام التجارة الإلكترونية السعودي نافذًا حتى أقرب أي من الحالتين الآتيتين:
(أ) أول تسجيل دخول أو استخدام للحساب الإلكتروني، أو
(ب) انقضاء سبعة (7) أيام تقويمية من تاريخ إرسال بيانات الدخول إلى المشتري.
وبانتهاء هذه المدة، يسقط حق المشتري في الإلغاء أو طلب استرداد المبلغ أو الاستبدال أو التعويض.
- Buyer Information
The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information. The Buyer is responsible for any delays, errors, or issues caused by providing incorrect or incomplete information.
- بيانات المشتري
يُلتزم المشتري بتقديم بيانات صحيحة وكاملة. ويُعدّ المشتري مسؤولًا مسؤولية كاملة عن أي تأخير أو خطأ أو إشكال ينشأ نتيجة تقديمه لبيانات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة.
- Account Activation
The electronic account will be activated within 3 to 7 business days following payment receipt. Business days exclude weekends and official holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- 3. تفعيل الحساب
يتم تفعيل الحساب الإلكتروني خلال مدة تتراوح من ثلاثة (3) إلى سبعة (7) أيام عمل من تاريخ استلام قيمة السداد. ولا تُحتسب أيام العطل الأسبوعية أو الإجازات الرسمية في المملكة العربية السعودية ضمن أيام العمل المذكورة.
- Delivery of Login Details
Login details will be delivered via email, WhatsApp, or through the school. Delivery of the login details constitutes completion of the service.
- تسليم بيانات الدخول
يتم تسليم بيانات الدخول عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو تطبيق واتساب أو عن طريق المدرسة. ويُعدّ تسليم بيانات الدخول بمثابة إتمامٍ للخدمة وتحقيقًا لالتزامات مقدم الخدمة تجاه المشتري.
- Right of Cancellation
The Buyer may cancel the order and request a full refund within seven (7) days from the date the login details are sent, provided that the electronic account has not been accessed or used. Once the account is accessed, or after the 7-day period expires, the Buyer may no longer cancel the order or request a refund.
- حق الإلغاء
يجوز للمشتري إلغاء الطلب وطلب استرداد كامل للمبلغ خلال مدة سبعة (7) أيام من تاريخ إرسال بيانات الدخول، وذلك شريطة عدم قيامه بالولوج إلى الحساب الإلكتروني أو استخدامه بأي شكل من الأشكال. وبمجرد قيام المشتري بالدخول إلى الحساب، أو بانقضاء مدة السبعة (7) أيام، يسقط حقه في إلغاء الطلب أو طلب الاسترداد.
- Account Responsibility
The Buyer is responsible for keeping login details secure and confidential. Loss of login details, failure to use the account, or any issues caused by the Buyer do not entitle the Buyer to a refund or compensation, except as required by applicable law.
- مسؤولية الحساب
يكون المشتري مسؤولًا عن الحفاظ على سرية وأمن بيانات الدخول. ولا يترتب على فقدان بيانات الدخول، أو عدم استخدام المشتري للحساب، أو أي إشكالات تنشأ بسبب المشتري، أي حق في الاسترداد أو التعويض، إلا في الحدود التي يوجبها النظام المعمول به.
- Account Validity
The electronic account is valid for six (6) months from the date the login details are sent to the Buyer or the school.
- مدة صلاحية الحساب
تكون مدة صلاحية الحساب الإلكتروني ستة (6) أشهر اعتبارًا من تاريخ إرسال بيانات الدخول إلى المشتري أو إلى المدرسة.
- Expiry of Account
After the account expires, the Buyer cannot request an extension, refund, or compensation.
- انتهاء صلاحية الحساب
بعد انتهاء صلاحية الحساب، لا يحق للمشتري طلب تمديد الصلاحية أو استرداد المبلغ أو المطالبة بأي تعويض.
- Confidentiality and Use
The Buyer must keep login details confidential and must not share them. Sharing or misuse of the account may result in immediate cancellation by the Savvas platform or ATAA Schools. Perfect Purity shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use.
- السرية والاستخدام
يلتزم المشتري بالحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول وعدم مشاركتها مع أي طرف آخر. ويجوز لمنصة Savvas أو مدارس ATAA إلغاء الحساب فورًا في حال مشاركة البيانات أو إساءة استخدام الحساب. ولا تتحمل شركة Perfect Purity أي مسؤولية عن أي خسائر ناتجة عن الاستخدام غير المصرح به.
- Personal Data Protection
The Buyer’s personal data will be collected, stored, and processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling this transaction and activating the electronic account, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- حماية البيانات الشخصية
يتم جمع البيانات الشخصية للمشتري وتخزينها ومعالجتها حصريًا لغرض تنفيذ هذه المعاملة وتفعيل الحساب الإلكتروني، وذلك بما يتوافق مع أحكام نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- Limitation of Liability
Except as required by applicable law, Perfect Purity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use, inability to use, or misuse of the electronic account or services.
- تحديد المسؤولية
باستثناء ما يقتضيه النظام المعمول به، لا تتحمل شركة Perfect Purity أي مسؤولية عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدام الحساب الإلكتروني أو عدم القدرة على استخدامه أو إساءة استخدامه أو الخدمات المرتبطة به.
- Governing Law and Severability
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E‑Commerce Law and related consumer protection regulations. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- القانون الحاكم وقابلية الفصل
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتفسر وفقًا لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك نظام التجارة الإلكترونية واللوائح المتعلقة بحماية المستهلك. وإذا تبين أن أي حكم من أحكام هذه الشروط غير صالح أو غير قابل للتنفيذ أو غير متوافق مع النظام المعمول به، تظل بقية الأحكام سارية المفعول بكامل قوتها القانونية وفاعليتها.
- Service Availability and Technical Support
The Buyer acknowledges that access to the service is provided through Savvas and/or ATAA Schools, which are third-party platforms outside the control of Perfect Purity. Perfect Purity does not guarantee the functionality, content, security, availability, or uninterrupted operation of these platforms, and makes no express or implied warranties regarding their performance. Any technical issues, service interruptions, or content inaccuracies are solely under the responsibility of the third-party platform providers.
- توافر الخدمة والدعم الفني
يقرّ المشتري بأن الوصول إلى الخدمة يتم عبر منصة Savvas و/أو مدارس ATAA، وهي منصات تابعة لأطراف ثالثة خارج نطاق سيطرة شركة Perfect Purity. ولا تضمن شركة Perfect Purity كفاءة أو محتوى أو أمان أو توافر هذه المنصات أو استمرارية عملها، ولا تقدم أي ضمان صريح أو ضمني بشأن أدائها. وتكون أي مشكلات فنية أو انقطاعات في الخدمة أو أخطاء في المحتوى على مسؤولية مزوّدي المنصات التابعة لأطراف ثالثة وحدهم.
- Amendments to Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified from time to time at the sole discretion of the service provider. Such changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website, and the Buyer’s continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. No separate consent from the Buyer is required.
- تعديل الشروط والأحكام
يجوز لمقدم الخدمة تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام من وقت لآخر وفقًا لتقديره المطلق. وتصبح هذه التعديلات نافذة فور نشرها على الموقع الإلكتروني، ويُعدّ استمرار المشتري في استخدام الخدمة قبولًا للشروط والأحكام المعدلة. ولا يُشترط الحصول على موافقة منفصلة من المشتري.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, logos, content, and software associated with the DCW license and related services, remain the property of their respective owners. The Buyer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the service for personal or educational purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
- الملكية الفكرية
تظل جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر حقوق الطبع والنشر والعلامات التجارية والشعارات والمحتوى والبرمجيات المرتبطة برخصة DCW والخدمات ذات الصلة، ملكًا لأصحابها الشرعيين. ويُمنح المشتري ترخيصًا محدودًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابل للإلغاء للوصول إلى الخدمة واستخدامها لأغراض شخصية أو تعليمية فقط. ويُمنع منعًا باتًا أي استخدام غير مصرح به أو نسخ أو توزيع أو تعديل للملكية الفكرية.
